Orbit is licensed to you under the Apple standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Terms of Service and App Store Usage Rules.
Orbit offers auto-renewing subscription plans ("Orbit Pro") that provide unlimited access to premium features:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription term.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality (the "Content"), is owned by Orbit and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Orbit does not warrant that:
Orbit is not responsible for any data loss, device damage, or missed reminders resulting from your use of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In no event shall Orbit's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the App.
Orbit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Orbit reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

At Orbit, we believe your relationships are personal. We do not sell your data. We do not read your contacts. We do not store your personal notes on our servers.
Orbit is designed as an Offline-First application. This means the data you create (notes, rhythms, contact lists) lives directly on your device and is backed up only to your personal iCloud if enabled.
Orbit requests access to your device's contacts solely to allow you to import specific people into the app. This processing happens locally on your device. We do not upload your address book to any external server.
